With 'Sun and Moon Times' installed onto your mobile phone, you can answer common questions such as;
This information can be useful on many occasions and for many different activites. 'Sun and Moon Times' has been written to be widely compatible with J2ME™ enabled Mobile Phones. If you are unsure about using this program on your phone, why not give the un-registered version a try? There are currently two language options for 'Sun and Moon Times': English, and Norwegian. Currently the German version is not available, however we hope to get the translations done for our new shareware version of this program soon. A database of over 1000 worldwide places has been built into this application, to help you pinpoint your location. The Norwegian version, which has been developed in partnership with Tidevakt™ has additional Norwegian locations in its database (please note that this version is only available from Tidevakt™). Our new shareware version of the application also has the ability to connect to the geonames.org web service to search its database of some 6.5 million places. 'Sun and Moon Times' is now sold using the 'Shareware' model of software distribution. We believe that this is the most suitable way of providing our software as it eliminates the potential for error in the 'buy it and download it' model. It gives you the confidence that it will work on your particular phone before buying a licence key to 'unlock' it, and also allows you to re-install our software to your phone, update and even move it onto a new one (it must be unregistered on the old one first). It is free to download and use, however unless a license key is bought to 'unlock' the program, its functionality is limited, as is the amount of times it can be run.
