Phone compatibility Our applications are generally designed to work on most colour mobile phones that support Java™ downloads, and every effort is made to ensure that they are error free. Before buying one of our applications, it is highly recommended that you visit www.NewAgeMobile.co.uk/wap with your phone, where you can download a, time or use limited compatibility test demo version of our applications. For our shareware products, the un-registered copy acts as a demo version would. If your phone does not support the test application, please let us know by using our contact email address. When purchasing a non-shareware product or a licence for one of our shareware products, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough free memory space to download, store, and execute the product to your satisfaction on your phone. Shareware product key recovery With our shareware products, we provide a service whereby you may provide an email address and have a list of any software, and registration keys that we have on file for the provided email address emailed to that address. Blocking\Revocation of a product key Our product unlock service is designed to automatically block unlock keys when they are used excessively either for successful registration or for failed attempts. If it is deemed that a key may have been passed on to 3rd parties, which is in breech of our license agreement, they will be permanently blocked and may even be removed from our database. If you have had your unlock key blocked, please follow this link to contact our customer support. Refunds Purchases of unlock codes are non-refundable.
